For this campaign for the brand Cruyff, I explored a lesser-known side of Johan Cruyff — not the sports hero, but the untamed icon caught in controversy during the 1974 World Cup. The so-called pool scandal became the starting point for a bold narrative: a modern interpretation of the seven sins, subtly woven through each scene.
Shot in an extravagant villa in Portugal, the campaign embraces the tension between rebellion and allure. It tells a story of greatness — not as moral perfection, but as the courage to live freely and defy the rules, despite constant judgment and the watchful presence of the paparazzi.
From concept to execution, the campaign breathes temptation, pride, lust, and ambition. Cruyff’s legacy pulses through it — not as a clean-cut hero, but as a revolutionary: complex, fearless, and impossible to ignore.
